In Summer 2011, Lone Star Development hired TEC, Inc. to complete a subdivision development construction project in Texarkana, TX.

The project included upgrading an existing, gravel street into a new, curb, gutter & asphalt street for new home development.  TEC, Inc. was responsible for all site preparation, curb & gutter and pavement base courses.

The street stretches +1,400 LF and was successfully completed in late 2012.
