In late 2011, TEC, Inc. broke ground on a new Hampton Inn hotel location in Hope, AR. TEC, Inc. provided erosion control and site preparation services for Leinart Construction from Greenville, TX. Work was successfully completed in early 2012.

Since 1986 , TEC has been the exclusive subcontractor for Williamson Construction for water, sewer, streets, subdivisions, etc., and in many cases has supervised the entire project.
