In July 2012, TEC, Inc. began earthwork on the multi-million dollar Maneuver Systems Sustainment Center at Red River Army Depot in Hooks, TX. This Corps of Engineers project is being managed by GCC McCarthy Joint Venture IV and is scheduled for completion in mid-2015.
