Beginning in Fall 2011, TEC, Inc. began sitework for a new Holt Agribusiness facility in Sulphur Springs, TX. TEC, Inc. was selected from an invited list of subcontractors to work for Hooker General Contracting.
The project presented challenges from the start with the discovery of many unsuitable waste materials beneath the building pad and pavement areas. TEC, Inc. worked diligently along with Hooker and Holt to remediate the area and successfully complete the building pad and sitework.
Work was successfully completed in August 2012.
