After completion of the demolition contract at Rose Hill Ridge, the construction of the new apartment complex is well underway. TEC, Inc., working under the direction of Carletion Construction, LTD. began earthwork activities on August 3 to replace the former Griff King Apartments. Once complete, the $20 million project will have 25 buildings and 122 family apartments ranging from 780 to 1550 square feet.
