TEC, Inc. has begun work on the extension of Crossroads Parkway for the City of Texarkana, Arkansas. The $1.9 Million project will connect the existing Crossroads Parkway to North Stateline Avenue, North of Interstate 30 and is expected to open sometime in mid to late 2015.
